Bunny Babies.

This year is a very special year, and no, I'm not talking about bunnies, as in the animals, I'm talking about how it's a leap year. A leap year happens every 4 years. It is when the month of February, which is usually 28 days, becomes 29 days. It is a very special moment because it is the only time in which a year is 366 days, instead of 355 days.

Now although this is an amazing thing, let's talk about the bad aspects of this year. Imagine having a birthday on February 29. It only happens once every four years, so technically, so does your birthday. Just think about the conversations,
"Hey, when's your birthday?"
"Oh, in 487 days."
"Leap Year?"
"Yup."
I want to start a trend. If you have a birthday on a Leap Year, you are called a "Frog Baby". Wouldn't it be hilarious to just call people frogs.

Now because the year is 366 days long, that means one more day of the year to do whatever you want. Go to the beach, play video games, hang out with friends, procrastinate a  month to do your homework and write it in your phone, but only to upload it on the last day of the month.

So here's to all the Frog Babies:

The Budweiser Bowl.

In my blog today, I will be talking about Super Bowl 50. The most watched televised football game in the world. This year it was the Denver Broncos against the Carolina Panthers.

The Carolina Panthers had an amazing season, finishing it off with a record of 15-1. Where as the Denver Broncos had a record of 12-4. Both teams had an amazing records and we're both very worthy of being in the Super Bowl.

In the Super Bowl, they both came in with high hopes, and determination to leave victorious. In the first half, after a few fumbles and interceptions, the first half ended 13-7, with the Broncos holding the lead.

In the second half, field goals were made, and conversions were good. The game ended with a score of 24-10. The Denver Broncos left the stadium, and Peyton Manning went home and drank his Budweiser beer.

SuperCam is SuperBad?

In today's blog, I will be talking about Cam Newton, the famous quarterback for the Carolina Panthers. He is known for his amazing runs, his never-ending smile, his hilarious touchdown celebrations, and his losing attitude.

After a Super Bowl loss, Cam was taken back into a post-game interview, in which he showed a vulgar and savage attitude. He talked back to the reporters, answered with an attitude, and left in the middle of the interview.

A few days after that, he posted a tweet saying "I'm a sore loser. I hate losing. You show me a good loser, I'll show you a loser." He shows no apologies towards his actions, and got many tweets from celebrities saying that he was a horrible role model, and that he will never last in the NFL with his attitude.

My opinion is that they are right. His attitude and decisions that he made were inappropriate and extremely disrespectful.

Changing It Up?

In this blog, I want to talk about the theme of my blog. It is based on football, but with the Super Bowl soon, that means an end to the football season. I want to change the port theme of my blog to something more interesting. So I thought about what to change it to.
After thinking I came around to basketball. The season is heated right now with the Golden State Warriors destroying everyone in their path. I've decided to change the theme of the blog right after the Super Bowl. Basketball is a fun sport to talk about as well as to blog about.
I talked about this topic in a previous blog, and I wanted to write this blog so basketball blogs don't come as a surprise. I'm very excited to write about the basketball season because it is slowly approaching the playoffs.
In my basketball blogs, I will only write about the best and high scoring games. I will do that just because those are the most interesting to write about. I will talk about the points, the plays, and all quarter by quarter.
I know this was unexpected, but I hope you enjoyed this blog and are excited for my basketball blogs.

Bad Referees

In today's blog, I want to clear up some rumors. Now, many people say referees are blind. But there is reasoning behind every sport's referees having problems. In the NFL, there is one reason why referees don't count what should be counted.

In today's blog, I want to clear up some rumors. Now, many people say referees are blind. But there is reasoning behind every sport's referees having problems. In the NFL, there is one reason why referees don't count what should be counted.
Now I could explain it to you, but a picture would be more ideal.
 It's that simple.
Now for basketball, there are a few reasons, but I would rather state the biggest one.
We all think saliva is disgusting, and so do referees. That's the reason why they make bad calls. Come on, sanitation people. Learn how to do it.
Now for the MLB. The Major League Baseball association has an umpire. That means that umpire is the only person who you can trust, but not always.

Now all referees make wrong calls but you can't blame them. Especially the soccer referees. Despite the amount of players on the field and the ball movement, they still get yelled at.
Every referee gets yelled at. It's just the fun of the game. With them we get arguments, but without them, we get a madhouse. Just think about it.

I'm Sorry

In my blog today, I would like to clear up a few things. First of all, I haven't been blogging for quite a while. I'm sorry. I have been really busy with a science fair project and homework, but today, I am making a proclamation. From here on out I will blog. Now that's a lie. No, not the blogging part, the "from here on out" part. I'm pretty lazy, but when I want or need to do something, I will do it. Now I'm not giving up the sports theme, but I just want to change things up from here on out. I just want to be able to write about whatever is on my mind. On another note, Super-Bowl 50 is coming. It's the Carolina Panthers against the Denver Broncos. After that, football season is over. I might change up the theme of the blog, but that's a different story. The next blog will be about the Super-Bowl and of course, will involve pictures. I hope you enjoyed this blog and I will see you in the next one. Oh yeah, and enjoy this little poem:

A Moment Made For a Selfie

On Thursday, December 3, a selfie moment occurred. It was a Green Bay Packers game against the Detroit Lions. Now the Packers had been on a streak of losing for quite a few games, but not this one.
In the first quarter, the Lions scored 17 points, and held back the Packers to 0 points. But, the second quarter was way more interesting. Both teams ended the quarter off scoring 0 points that quarter. As they entered halftime the score was 17-0. and the Packers were losing. They left the field with the fans losing faith, but some on the edge of their feet.
The two teams entered the third quarter with power and potential, as the Lions score a field goal to make the score 20-0, but the Packers came back strong scoring two back-to-back touchdowns, ending the third quarter off with a score of 20-14, with the lead favoring the Lions. Now, entering the fourth and final quarter. The Lions start off with the ball and score a field goal 8 minutes into the quarter. The score is now 23-14, but then the Packers scored with 3 minutes left on the clock. As the Lions threw a bad pass, the Packers intercepted it with one minute left.
With ten seconds left, the Packers throw a 70 yard hail mary across the field which was caught by Richard Rodgers, ending the game with a score of 27-23. As Richard ran across the field he decided it would be appropriate to do this:

Catch a walk-off Hail Mary?
Take a selfie. #GBvsDET
Which left all the Detroit fans looking like this:
